1. Make a checklist/ calendar of something that makes you happy. Do different things everyday. An example could be - spend time with a friend on zoom or watch a movie.
2. Learn something new..... something not related to your subject content.
3. Create a mental space area for yourself. P.s. it doesn't have to be decorated... it can also be a garden.
4. Assure yourself it's OK not to feel productive on some days.
5. Spend a day off social media and feel present.
6. Make a puzzle for your subject ( can be a flash card or even a riddle. Ask your friends studying with you in the subject.
7. Cook something.
8. De- stress by simply singing or dancing.
9. Don't forget to SLEEP ON TIME.
10. Make a treat yourself day.
